The server integration with the DTT network from Canal Sur will be the first integration using Multimedia Home Platform coding-decoding technology. Canal Sur will be responsible to bring this information into each pilot user social house.

CITIC will retrieve and compile all information from energy and water data bases and deliver in the right format and through the right application to Canal Sur.

They will select the set of social housing in Malaga. They will create the group of users and to carry out the local diffusion of results to push the uptake of solutions in the market.

They will be validating and improving the studies made by Windinertia concerning neighborhood solutions which will have to be implemented in the project.

Emasa will be responsible for collecting data on consumption through their smart meter system and deliver the data to CITIC. The smart meters can provide readings allowing the creation of consumption user graphics.

Endesa will be in charge of deploying the smart meters which can provide readings to allow creation of consumption user graphics.

HABITEC has designed the Spanish cluster and is coordinating it through their Spanish project management. They will also participate in common consortium tasks: to agree the strategy of Savings definition or on Graphical user interface.

Windinertia will realize a first analysis of the district solutions and improvements through ICTs will be realized, and it will be determined how they can be implemented in the Spanish cluster.
